As of FreeMarker 2.3.21, the license changes from out proprietary
BSD-Style license to the well know "Apache License, Version 2.0", and
the owner changes from "Visigoth Software Society" (founded by
Jonathan Revusky) to three of the FreeMarker 2 developers, "Attila
Szegedi, Daniel Dekany, and Jonathan Revusky". (Note that the intent
to do this change was announced on both the user and developer mailing
list on 2013-08-09.)
While FreeMarker 2.3.21 is not released yet, the changes were already
made today in the source code repositories.
